May 22, 1936 — June 26, 2024 Mary Lou Tucker, born Mary Lou Henderson on May 22, 1936, in Severy, Kansas, peacefully passed away on June 26, 2024. She leaves behind a legacy filled with love, laughter and cherished memories.

Mary Lou dedicated 36 years of her life to her career at Echlin after working at Electra before retiring in 2000. Her hard work and dedication have undoubtedly left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Outside of her professional life, Mary Lou enjoyed various hobbies and interests including bowling, reading, knitting, crossword puzzles and cooking. These activities not only brought her joy, but also showcased her creativity and passion for life.

Mary Lou was a beloved wife to Harold Tucker and a devoted mother to her sons Michael Tucker, Bradley Tucker and Pat Tucker. She was a source of strength and unwavering support for her family throughout the years. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mary Lou is survived by her son Pat Tucker and his partner Lisa Panosian; as well as her sister Suzie Crocker of Neodesha. Her memory will also be cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of her life.

Mary Lou was predeceased by her brothers Virgil Henderson, Jimmy Henderson and Marvin Henderson. Although she has now departed this world, the love and warmth she shared with those around her will forever remain in their hearts.

Mary Lou Tucker’s life was one marked by kindness, generosity and an unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of many and leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories that will continue to be celebrated for years to come. May she rest in peace knowing that she was truly loved and will never be forgotten.
