Upper Cut Boxing Club was well represented in Topeka at the House of Representatives session March 19. Four club members were selected as pages on the floor for the day's session with Jim Kelly, representative from Independence. "The students were chosen to participate based on their winning at the 'Kids Got Talent' Show and their volunteer work the club does at the nursing homes. They went to the nursing homes and sang for the residents," said Henry Williams, Upper Cut Boxing Club owner. Williams believes the opportunity for club members to travel to the state capitol and see how government works will leave a big impression on them as they become older. "They all had a good time and met a lot of people," said Williams.
