William Scott Foster passed away in company of his son Tobin at Morningstar Care Homes of Neodesha Ks on Wednesday November 18, 2020 at 10:30 PM. Visitation is set for Tuesday, November 24th at Loran Fawcett Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, with the Reciting of the Rosary at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at St Ignatius Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM with graveside following at the Neodesha Cemetery. The family has asked that memorials be left to the Alzheimer’s Association and may be left at the Loran Fawcett Chapel.
