Dyarl Newkirk age 90 of Elk City, Kansas passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Montgomery Place in Independence, Kansas.  Cremation has taken place. Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Oak Hill Cemetery with the Pastor Randy Beaman officiating with a presentation from the Firefighters Honor Guard under the direction of the Webb & Rodrick Chapel. The family has suggested memorials to the Louisburg Township Elk City Rural Fire Department and contributions may be left at the Webb & Rodrick Chapel.
