The Independence Police Department named two of the suspects in the shooting report in the 700 block of E. Main where a victim reported three subjects kicked in a front door and fired shots into the home. Arren John Charter, 19, of Independence, was arrested for contributing to child misconduct, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. Chicago Bull Elias, 19, of Independence, was arrested for attempted aggravated battery, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, contributing to child misconduct, aggravated burglary, CDP and criminal discharge of a firearm. Two juveniles were also arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, CDP and criminal discharge of a firearm. Other arrests may come as a result of the ongoing investigation.
