The luck of the Irish was represented well in Independence Saturday evening at the 4th annual St. Paddy's Day Pub Crawl, hosted by Independence Main Street and participants, Brother's Railroad Inn, Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Indy Brew WorKS, Turbos Sports Bar and Grill, Uncle Jack's Bar and Grill and VFW Post 1186.

Most attendees began their adventure throughout downtown Indy at Uncle Jack's, made appearances in the other five businesses and landed at Turbo's where prizes and give aways took place. Originally, party-goers were to land at the Booth Hotel but due to concern for residents.

Main Street Director Tabatha Snodgrass said the turnout was fantastic, as it has been every year since the event was organized. "It was great," she said. "I can't wait to see what next year brings."

The organization is now working on their next event, Margarita Mile, which will be held May 2.
