A new business name has now replaced the former Hugo's Mini Storage facility on W. Main. Quality Mini Storage effectively became the new owner March 1 and officially opened for business April 2.

"We're excited about the business opportunity and are looking forward to continuing the great service the public has become accustomed to through Terry Hugo," said Trina Holsinger, managing member.

Quality Mini Storage is under the operational management of Kevin Botts, Allen Wulf and Holsinger. The business currently has 215 units varying in size and affordability.

"Going forward we are looking at potentially expanding into a few climate-controlled units. These are something our local area does not have. We are also exploring adding some RV ports. We have had several inquiries for places to store their RV and there are not a lot of options in this area for the public to do that," said Holsinger. She added those two items are at the top of the Quality Mini Storage's priority list of future goals.

The current capacity for Quality Mini Storage is at between 85 to 95 percent. The average monthly rent is between $45 and $115. "We offer a discount for those wanting to pay by the year. If someone pays for a year we give them a month free," said Holsinger.

Quality Mini Storage offers direct electronic payment options. "That option can be made automatically, making it convenient for the customer." she added.

"This business was run very well when the Hugos had it and we will continue to improve the quality service where we can while offering the public the most secure storage that is available," said Holsinger.

Security is always a main concern of any storage facility and Quality Mini Storage sets that as a high priority. Holsinger stated, "One of the things we offer is that every unit can be seen by our security monitors and cameras. Any vehicle that comes on our facility we capture the car tag plates and even a facial identification." She also mentioned their cameras record every day 24 hours per day and as added

security, Quality Mini Storage offers a special lock the customer can purchase that is designed to eliminate the use of bolt cutters.
